Let's start your family's story.
Two ways to begin. Pick the one that feels right. A real person on our team will follow up with you the same business day.
Let's verify your benefits.
A real person on our team reviews your information and responds the same business day with what your benefits look like — including whether we are in-network or out-of-network in your state. If you have secondary insurance, we check both.
Two simple ways to reach us.
From first hello to first session.
Most families move through these steps in 14 to 30 days, depending on your insurance and state. Your dedicated care coordinator walks with you the whole way.

first session
Therapy begins in your home or school. Your care coordinator stays with you the whole way.
What the first visit actually looks like.
Your board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) comes to your home or school. The visit runs 90 minutes to 2.5 hours. We play with your child, observe how they communicate, ask about your goals, and answer every question you have. Depending on where you are in the process, the first visit may be the assessment, pairing, or the start of direct therapy. No test. No quiz. No judgment. Just clinical observation and conversation.
- 90 minutes to 2.5 hours, at home or school
- One parent present, both welcome
- A summary of next steps once your BCBA finishes the clinical write-up
One human. One point of contact.
From the first call to the first session, you are paired with a dedicated care coordinator. They know your name. They know your child's name. They answer your texts. They follow up with your insurance. They handle the paperwork. You do not get bounced between five departments.

Questions parents ask first.
How much does this cost?
For families using insurance, most of our services are covered with little or no out-of-pocket cost. We confirm exact benefits during verification and explain them before you commit to anything.
What if my insurance is not on your list?
Tell us anyway. We work with most major carriers and add new ones often. We will verify your specific plan.
How long until my child starts therapy?
Most families move from first call to first session in 14 to 30 days. Your insurance, state, and clinical schedule are the main variables.
Do you have a waitlist?
No. We open caseload capacity continuously and assign based on your child's clinical needs and schedule fit.
Where do sessions happen?
In your home or at your child's school, depending on the treatment plan and what works best for your family.
Can I meet the therapist before they start?
Yes. We introduce you to your BCBA before the assessment.
Ready when you are.
